Our services include all support required to overcoming barriers impacting current tenancy or support in exploring new alternative accommodation, and includes an assessment and provides solutions depending on an individual’s needs. our support workers can help with all of these things, and they are always available to give advice and direction at any point in the process.

• Assisting with private rental applications
• Assistance with budgeting
• Support participants come up with or redefine their housing goals
• Assistance with DHHS, real estate agents, or owners to figure out what’s stopping at-risk tenants from staying in their homes

• Communication with service providers of utilities and support in applying for utility relief grants
• Building independent, sustainable housing
